THE PASSION FOR PIZZA
FILIPPO CIRCO (The Pizza Chef)
Born in Mussomeli (Sicily) on 8 June 1991.
At three years old he moved to Tuscany, where he attended the I.T.I. high school. for IT. At the age of 18 he abandoned his studies to follow his passion: PIZZA! To achieve his dream he entered the world of catering, initially as a waiter, then as an assistant pizza chef, learning the basics of the trade by watching his master.
He therefore decides to enroll in the National School of Pizza Chefs, which he passed with high marks.
